Larry Cyment – Principal, Winston Oliver & Cyment
Larry Cyment is a principal of Winston Oliver & Cyment with a specialty in healthcare, compliance and legal recruiting.
Mr. Cyment has had a distinguished career in healthcare and recruiting spanning over 35 years. He holds a Bachelors degree in Geology and an advanced degree in Healthcare Administration. Mr. Cyment has been involved in the development of outpatient surgical centers since the early 1980’s. Later he was involved as a Vice President in the formation and operation of multiple independent practice associations throughout Florida. He has served as Vice President of Foot Care Centers of America, a pre IPO podiatric practice management company for two years. Later he went on to found Women @ Risk a breast care specialty management company.
Mr. Cyment enjoys recruiting and is a talented candidate sourcer, striving each week to learn and apply new technologies and techniques for finding the best and/or hardest to identify candidates for the benefit of our clients.
